The quaint 12’x20’ space is a must see given its proximity to Bullards Bar Reservoir. Only a 6 minute drive to Dark Day boat launch!! It’s ideal for spending the day on the lake and the night in the cabin. Located conveniently on Highway 49, between Nevada City and Downieville, makes for the perfect little getaway.

The Historic Hilltop Cottage

The Hilltop Cottage was built in 1872 and is 2 blocks from downtown. GV has activities such as the arts, street fairs, and trails. This cozy cottage has lots of light and everything you need to relax/unplug from daily living and relax in the country. One bedroom has a queen bed with a soft memory foam topper. There is a full sleeper sofa in the living room. One bath has a claw foot bathtub and the other bath has a shower (tankless water heater). The cottage is pet friendly.
