Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. It's just a gentle downhill stroll to the 5 km long dog friendly beach backed by untouched forest reserve and an equally easy amble up to the cafe with its beautiful coffees and food. The perfect couples getaway. Large studio, private deck with garden views. Modern bathroom and European style kitchenette with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Short walk to back beach. Pets welcome. Please note we live next door in the main house and our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) will bark occasionally. Neighbours also have dogs that sometimes bark. If you hate dogs, please book elsewhere. It is only 10 minutes from Pacific Highway and an ideal stop over point or relaxing weekend. Our farm house has panoramic views across the country side and creek. The guest house with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom is adjacent to our house on an elevated deck which surrounds the swimming pool. Our farm has cows, horses, dogs, free range ducks, chickens & turkeys.

The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.
