The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited

The Offshore is a newly built, airy and clean one bedroom apartment above a modern carriage house fully stocked with all of the comforts of home. The apartment is centrally located and serves as an ideal landing spot for a southern Rhode Island getaway. You have the option to take the bike path to many beaches and Narragansett Pier or walk two blocks to Main Street Wakefield for a morning coffee at Caf Bar, Phils or South Country Bread Company and post beach ice cream at Brickley's.

This Loft is a 1 bedroom loft house located on Benefit Street, arguably the most beautiful, historic street on the East Side of Providence. Walking distance to Brown University, RISD, and tons of cute shops and restaurants. This Loft is in its own separate detached building with a private entrance. Features 2 beds (1 queen, 1 twin) that can sleep up to 3 guests, a private en-suite bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, 65" TV, and ultra fast wifi.
