Kitchen stocked with cooking basics, including spices, and many utensils, small appliances and pots, pans, etc. Picnic basket, beach towels and mats, hand weights, yoga mat on premises. Suitable for entertaining indoors and out. Parking: 2 driveway spaces on alley. Can host 4/5 easily, but up to 6 is possible.

In the morning, get a coffee from Junk Java, lunch from The Pantry . 3 miles from Watch Hill and The Ocean House, 3 miles from Misquamicut Beach, 5 miles from Weekapaug Beach, 15 minutes from Block Island, 10 miles from Foxwoods and 20 from Mohegan casino, 7 miles to Mystic area, 25 minutes to Groton

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

Private entrance. Parking for 1-2 cars, free use of beach chairs. Guests have use of the BBQ Grill & Outdoor Shower. Actual distances to area beaches: 2nd Beach 1 mile; 3rd Beach 1.4 miles; 1st Beach 1.4 miles.
