Our Home is near everything: Beaches, Cliff walk, Mansions, Salve Regina University, Naval Base, Newport Wineries, Restaurants and dining, nightlife and family friendly activities. you will love our place because of the comfy beads, the beautiful large kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings; our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, 3 parking spaces available; also there is NO pets allowed because allergies issues.

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches.

ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Come stay at Kay's Place! Secluded just enough to hide from all that downtown traffic- but close to the beaches and all Newport has to offer. Plenty of parking at Kay's Place! Renovated, modern kitchen, farmhouse style - a PERFECT space for a Bride & Groom or anyone attending a local wedding - a stone's throw from Newport Vineyards. Walking trails abut the property, a pond on site, and gardens in the summer. $10 CLEANING FEE! VERY RARE!

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
