På ovanvåningen som nås via en trappa på utsidan finns två sovrum och en toalett. Alla sovrum på ovanvåningen har AC och uppvärmning och nere finns en stor AC. Nere finns vardagsrum, nytt kök med matplats i ett, här finns badrum med tvättstuga, toalett och dusch. I vardagsrummet finns en öppen spis, 2 sängar och tv. Wifi finns I huset.
