This retreat is located on a 26-acre vineyard in Northwest Michigan and perched atop a ridge that extends up from idyllic Torch Lake. It is a 1/2 mile walk to the lake or five minute drive to beaches on Lake Michigan. The deck has sweeping views of the vineyard and offers one queen bedroom, a kitchenette with small fridge and microwave and a sitting area.

Ogletree Cabin is a private retreat nestled on 85 acres of stunning hardwood and pines- just a three-minute walk to lovely Toad Lake. The beach is a great jumping-off place to swim out to the raft, fish on Toad Lake (where we are the only house on the lake), sit on the screened-in porch off of the fishing shack, and go kayaking and canoeing. Please take note that the cabin has one bedroom with queen and a loft with three beds accessible by a ladder only and not safe for young children.

Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.
