Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. Comfortable, spacious chalet in the trees, short 5 minute walk (across E. Torch Lake Dr.) to public access to beautiful Torch Lake. Close to downtown Bellaire, Short's Brewing, Shanty Creek and Dockside and a short drive to Glacial Hills Nature Conservancy for Biking and Hiking. Great for family summer vacation or cozy ski weekends. Very strong Wifi for folks that want to school and work from "vacation"!

We are a 2 minute drive to to Boyne Mountain ski and Golf Resort. There is a big yard and a swing set for children. This house is very close to the Boyne river and may not be suitable for young children or toddlers. We do NOT have an outlet suitable for charging EVs and the nearest charging station is located at Boyne Mountain Resort just a couple of minutes from here. please top off before arriving.
