On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

Edina cottage is a traditional East Neuk cottage. It has been fully renovated and is very warm and cosy. There is a large king size bed room with ensuite bathroom and shower. A spacious twin bedroom. Down stairs there is a further shower room. The living room has a log burner. There is also a lovely sheltered garden with summer house and BBQ. Pittenweem is a beautiful traditional fishing village where you can buy freshly caught lobster from the harbour.

The Wall House was converted in 2020 from an historic fishing net repair building - it's old outside but super energy efficient & modern inside. It’s a truly unique, stylish and comfortable place to be. The Wall House is also designed to be accessible to a person with restricted mobility.
