It is located in the heart of Lorne with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Offering a self contained experience for a couple with sofa bed option. The apartment is part of the Cumberland Resort which includes a pool, gym, gardens and outdoor BBQ facilities. The dedicated onsite underground car space accommodates vehicles to 2.1 m high. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Light-filled, open-plan recently renovated 3 bedroom house with swimming pool, 2 bathrooms including 1 with a bath. Note : pool heated at additional cost: please enquire when booking. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.
