The backyard is yours to use during your stay, including the outdoor dining area, outdoor sofa, chaise lounge chairs, fire pit, and swimming pool. Relax and enjoy!! CHECK IN: 3pm CHECK OUT: 11am PARKING: We provide parking permits (day/night) for you upon arrival. If you're staying more than one night, please be mindful to switch out the daytime permit each day. There is usually ample parking, so finding a space should not be an issue. DISCLAIMERS: (1) THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY SO SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. (2) DIVING IN THE POOL IS NOT PERMITTED. (3) WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL. IN THE HOTTER MONTHS, THE POOL STAYS AROUND 76-80 DEGREES. HOWEVER, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND IT NATURALLY GETS COOLER DURING COLDER WEATHER (65-68 DEGREES AND BELOW). (4) PARKING ON THE STREET IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WHILE WE'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANY ISSUES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR CAR'S SAFETY. (5) IF YOU SHOULD FORGET TO PLACE THE PARKING PERMITS IN YOUR CAR OR PLACE THEM INCORRECTLY AND RECEIVE A TICKET FROM THE CITY OF PASADENA, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THAT TICKET. Of course, in the event of an emergency or to gain access to the property, we are available 24/7. The guesthouse offers a tranquil retreat close to civilization. The metro and a variety of restaurants are easily reached on foot. Downtown Pasadena is a short bike ride, healthy walk, or brief car ride away. Pasadena is a beautiful town with so much to see! We are a 10-minute walk to the Lake Gold Line Metro Station, where you can catch the Gold Line to South Pasadena and enjoy Mission Street's shops/restaurants, take the Del Mar stop where you can take in the famous Rose Bowl Flea Market (2nd Sunday of every month), take the Union Square stop to experience Olvera Street (margaritas, anyone?) or a delicious French Dip sandwich from Phillipe's. If it's a museum you seek, exit at the Memorial Park Station to find the Norton Simon Museum, one of the best collections of visual art in the Los Angeles area. Downtown Pasadena with it's wonderful shops and restaurants is a mere 5 minutes away by bike or car (or, for those of you who enjoy some exercise, a 30-minute walk). We have two adorable dogs. They never have access to the cottage, however, so it is allergen/pet free. During your stay, we happily keep them in the house and only let them out to do their business in the front yard of the main house. You might hear the occasional bark, as they love to protect their homestead. But, most likely, you'll never hear them as the cottage is a comfortable distance away. BTW they are friendly and love meeting new people!

Honeymoon House in Hollywood Hills

About 3 mins drive up to the hills from the Sunset Plaza. Nice modern looking vintage house. Not the brand new condition. Invisible from outside by trees surrounding the house. City view from the second floor. Salted swimming pool can be heated at 83F degree. (Need to let us know before arriving) About 2,200 sq house out of 6,000 sq land. Must take off the shoes inside the house. No gathering, shooting or pets allowed. No music or outdoor activities after 10pm by city law. Thank you.
