The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are located on the lower level. 2 bedrooms are located at the mezzanine level. The outside terrace is directly on the water oriented to the south. 15min drive to Thun.

Diverse Freizeitangebote im Sommer und Winter, schöne Wanderwege und die fantastische Aussicht aufs Bergpanorama machen neben viel Ruhe und Entspannungmöglichkeiten jeden Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Das gemütliche Holzhaus mitten in einem grossen Naturgarten bietet Platz für 1-6 Personen und wurde im Jahr 2019 komplett renoviert.

Es liegt im Naturpark Montemarcello und ist ideal gelegen, um die Dörfer Liguriens und der Toskana zu erkunden und die Natur beim Wandern oder Radfahren zu genießen. Sie genießen einen Ort inmitten von Pflanzen, Weinbergen und Wäldern mit zahlreichen Dienstleistungen für Familien und Tiere.

c'est comme un endroit secret cette petite maison posée à flanc de colline avec une vue merveilleuse sur le lac complétement indépendante, construite à l'entrée de la propriété, elle est sans vis à vis, avec un confort haut de gamme, une grande terrasse de 70m2 avec un spa privatif ayant en ligne de mire le lac. Cette maison est uniquement pour 2 personnes adultes sans enfant (aucun rajout de personne supplémentaire n'est possible).
