Visit our family friendly cabin in Bear Valley! We are a short walk (0.30 mile/ ~10 minutes) or snowmobile taxi from the village. You can access the Nordic ski area, sledding, snowshoeing, and shuttle service to the downhill resort. After hitting the slopes, take “Home Run” off the backside of the mountain and ski right to your door! **This cabin is not accessible by vehicle in winter-see guidebook or inquire for more details. Main Lodge location! This cozy Ski in Ski out condo is perched directly over The Village offering breathtaking views Ch.10, The Wall while laying in bed or from the main living area. Two balconies make for a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or après drink while soaking up the sun. Warm up after a day on the slopes in the steam shower and heated floors. Lots of board games and streaming TV you can cozy up to for the night. Also, it has a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry washer/dryer.

Charming Ski in-out 1 Bedroom Condo

This one bedroom condo is in the SunMeadows building in the center of Kirkwood Village, directly across the lodge and main ski lifts (5/6/10/11). It has private covered parking and elevator access. The condo is centrally located, has deck with beautiful mountain views, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, high speed internet, a queen bed and a bunk bed. Fun is all around this condo!! Ski Resorts, Beaches, Restaurants, Stateline, Heavenly Village are all close! Our Mt. Modern condo is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the lake. We take pride in our newly remodeled condo! Perfect for up to six people w/a king size bed in the master and two full size bunk beds in 2nd room. We are close to great restaurants, 3 miles to Heavenly & 4 miles to the casinos and Heavenly Village! Walk to the lake right from our place!
