Mr. Takis' Seaside Apartment

Mr. Takis' historic home is located on the shoreline of Kapsali, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. It's a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a large living room area and kitchen. It has a simple and traditional decor, allowing you to experience Kythira the way locals live, while also having the best view on the island. It sits under the Venetian Castle, up the quiet end of Kapsali, offering you the tranquility of the beach, and yet close to the cafes, restaurants and bars.

Μία καλαίσθητη και ευρύχωρη μονοκατοικία, πλήρως επιπλωμένη, ιδανική για οικογένειες, αλλά και για ζευγάρια, σε ένα από τα πιο όμορφα χωριά των Κυθήρων, πολύ κοντά στον Ποταμό, το εμπορικό κέντρο των Κυθήρων στη βόρεια πλευρά του νησιού, καθώς και στο Νοσοκομείο. Αυτός ο παραθαλάσσιος ξενώνας βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την όμορφη παραλία της Φυρής Άμμου και είναι ένα στολίδι με ανοιχτή θέα στη θάλασσα και το νότιο άκρο της Πελοποννήσου. Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

The house, made of stone, was built in 2004. Its architecture blends harmoniously local characteristics with modern features, while is surrounded by garden planted with all kinds of local aromatic herbs. The imposing mulberry with its thick shadow offers visitors relaxing mornings and noon. Beautiful wooden garden furniture, is there for the guests to enjoy breakfast, coffee, lunch or dinner with friends and family.

Ο χώρος είναι pet friendly. Σε πολύ λίγο χρόνο μπορείς να φτάσεις στις περισσότερες παραλίες του νησιού.

Summer house on the island Kythira

In the beautiful island of Kythira (Cerigo), in the medieval traditional village of Pitsinades lies the summer house to rent “Pulani”. The house is a detached home with a big yard, which includes bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. (A.M.A. 1626, as required per Greek law)
