You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

Country View Lake House

Welcome to our quiet, relaxing, cozy home sitting on Cottonwood Lake in Sterling, KS. We celebrate holidays and enjoy our summers in this home and wish to share it with you. It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate two additional guests if you're willing to squeeze. Crib available upon request. Right off highway 56, enjoy your stay in Lyons in our newly renovated 2 bed 1 bath home. Centrally located, you are only blocks from downtown. Both bedrooms are on the main level and include a King and Queen bed. House includes stocked kitchen, full bathroom with washer/dryer and a large formal dining/living room that seats six. Wifi and large parking area in back are included. Non smokers. Pet allowed with a $40 fee per stay.

Plum Street Living ~ Upper Level

Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place within walking distance to Downtown Hutchinson, Planet Fitness and the Fox theater. Also within a short distance to Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, Cosmosphere, Kansas State Fair Grounds, and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guests of all backgrounds.

Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
