Welcome to a delightful 2 bedroom, relaxed and comfortable home. You have easy access to San Francisco by Ferry. You'll have a short walk to many restaurants and pubs. It's equipped with high speed fiber internet with AppleTV, including HBO and other paid services. This home has comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, plus a fully equipped kitchen.  It's in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, so you can enjoy a safe, calm place, with lots to do all around, including a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

We're happy to share it with guests looking for a quiet & unique place to stay in the Bay Area. It has its own entrance, private courtyard and is located one block from the beach, pinball museum, transit, farmers market, coffee shops & restaurants. You’ll love it because it's quaint and conveniently located.
