La casa è situata in una zona collinare a ridosso della Costiera Amalfitana. E' circondata di giardini ad ha un terrazzo con vista mare. Si può ammirare il Golfo di Salerno da un lato e l'isola di Capri dall'altro. Le spiagge sono raggiungibili in circa 20 minuti in auto o con mezzi di trasporto pubblici. The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Inside the house you will find all the main comforts including a complete functional kitchen and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you can also dry on the terrace in the open air.
