Separate studio on a beautiful ranch appr 10 min from I-5.. many animals either rescued pets or those just wandering by and live in the neighborhood.. birds, wild turkeys, rabbits, etc. We are a working ranch offering trail rides year round depending on weather. We also live below a geological marvel that has unique rock formations millions of years old, Pythian Cave, only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Studio.. you will also see towering views of Mt Shasta and the valley floor from your hike

The Green Arrow Loft

Situated right on the state line this studio apartment is nestled in its own little corner of the gorgeous Colestine Valley. We're located on 80 acres that adjoin the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument to the north, perfect for a scenic hike or a casual stroll. Nature and wildlife abound, and though quiet and private the Loft is just five minutes off I-5 and 25 minutes from unique downtown Ashland. We're pet friendly and have an outdoor pool! The Sunny Bee Studio

The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). Built in 1852, the Mountain House, listed on the national historic register, is southern Oregon's oldest timber-framed house. Adjacent to the house amid lush gardens, the renovated two-story brick stage coach driver's quarters is a cozy, private get-away.
