Possibilité de parking dans l'immeuble, couvert et sécurisé pour une moyenne voiture (largeur du parking 220cm, cf photo). Tarif : 20 euros / jour. Secteur réputé pour ses bars et ses restaurants, dynamique et très commerçant, très bien desservi par les transports (métros lignes 1,2,6,8,9 et RER A, 3 bus). Marché d'Aligre à proximité.

L’appartement est au dessus du métro Voltaire (ligne 9), à coté de Charonne, du cimetière du Père Lachaise, de Bastille et du marais (place des Vosges à 15-20 min à pieds). La Gare de Lyon est à 20 min à pieds. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants (JIP, Taverne de Zhao, Café du coin, Il Bacaro, le Servan, GIBON…), bars (Fréquence, Les barbus, Le Split…), espaces verts et magasins dans le quartier.
