The Huaca Del Sol Y La Luna is a huge temple built by the Moche civilization as a royal residence, ceremony site & burial chamber on the northern coast of Peru. The temple is one of several ruins found near the volcanic peak of Cerro Blanco, in the coastal desert near Trujillo at the Moche Valley. La villa is located in front of this archeologist temple and bedrooms have the view of this temple.

Sun and the Moon are more than 700 years older than Chan Chan and are attributed to the Moche Period. They are on the south bank of the Rio Moche, about 10 km southeast of Trujillo.
