Café Putre Restobar is cheap, cozy, features excellent pizzas, but also has crepes, and sandwiches and good quality, well priced Pisco Sour. It is a local favorite as well. Then, another option, Canta Verdi is the #1 restaurant on Tripadvisor. It is touristy, as such more expensive, but still affordable. Here, you can eat ceviche, some local meats, sandwiches, and enjoy a variety of wines and drinks. Some locals come here, too.

This park is not very crowded at all. Here, you can see vicuñas, great high mountains, and enjoy the silence of the hills. You can also free-camp here, and do trekking, as well as take some stunning pictures of places such as Suriplaza.
